The IRS has just released a publication called "Taxable Fringe Benefits Guide," which includes, among a list of other topics, information on Qualified Transportation Fringe Benefits. We've included the entire guide because it is a good reference to other questions that frequently come up like when "awards and prizes" are taxable.
