We partner with local jurisdictions to provide trip reduction services to residents of certain communities. Our services help residents satisfy certain transportation and air quality requirements and enhance local quality of life.

Certain households pay an annual assessment fee and are therefore entitled to certain transportation services that are provided by the 50 Corridor TMA.
Is everyone eligible for these services?
No, these services are exclusive to households who pay the fee. If you live in the following housing developments/apartments, you are eligible:
• Wildhawk North
• Wildhawk South
• Caselman New Homes
• Lennar at Bordeaux at Vineyard Creek
• Lennar at Silveroak Vineyard Creek
• Parkside Cascade Community
• Lennar at Destinations at Vineyard Point
• Lennar at Heritage at Vineyard Creek
• Vineyard Point Apartments
We regularly partner with the Rosemont Community Association and Sacramento County Department of Transportation (DoT) to provide services in Rosemont that support residents in walking, biking, carpooling, and taking transit more.
Is everyone eligible for these services?
No, these services are exclusive to households within the pilot service area. This area includes households east of:
• Watt Avenue
• South of US-50
• North of Jackson Rd
• West of Bradshaw Road.
Households in certain communities pay an annual assessment fee and are therefore entitled to certain transportation services that are provided by the 50 Corridor TMA. In partnership with the City of Rancho Cordova, we’ve secured grant funding to provide similar services throughout the entire City through 2029.
If you live in the following areas, you likely qualify for our benefits:
• Capital Village
• Zinfandel
• Stone Creek
• Anatolia/Sunridge/Kavala Ranch/Cypress
Property owners in the Folsom Plan Area pay an annual Transportation Demand Management Services Special Tax to pay for these services, which are also a mitigation measure for the community's impact on air quality.
