The Sacramento Transportation Management Association (TMA) is an independent, non-profit association, helping its members' employees choose sustainable transportation since 1989.
SACTMA FOCUSES ON:
REDUCING VEHICLE MILES
The SACTMA focuses on reducing vehicle miles traveled (VMT) through transportation demand management (TDM) programs for employers and employees located from the American River to Elk Grove and from the Sacramento River to 65th Street.
ENCOURAGING ALTERNATIVES
The SACTMA has been responsible for creating and encouraging alternative modes of transportation to commuters such as bicycling, vanpooling, carpooling, and transit.
